Vin issu d'un assemblage avec le Côt (35%) et le Cabernet franc (65%). Robe rouge intense, nez concentré marqué par des arômes de fruits rouges mûrs. Tannique en bouche dans sa jeunesse, il devient onctueux en vieillissant lui donnant beaucoup d'élégance. Trés long en bouche, il se dégustera sur les viandes rouges, gibiers ou fromages. A servir à 16°C.

Tannic in mouth in its youth, it becomes smooth by aging giving it a lot of elegance. Trés length in mouth, it will sample on red meats, games or cheeses. To serve in 16°C.
